Returns and Exchanges
In the rare event that you don't absolutely love your purchase, please read our Return/Exchange options below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Pure Dash will happily accept your return item/s within 14 days of receiving them (30 days for International orders) provided the item/s are returned in original condition and packaging, with no perfume or washing detergent odour, unmarked (no makeup marks, tan, etc) and with original tags attached. Please note styles marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: for shoes, the box is required to be returned in original condition with no tape, stickers, damage, etc. Due to hygiene reasons we aren't able to accept returns of underwear or swimwear.
For items purchased on sale or using a discount code we will issue you a store credit for the purchase value.
For full priced purchases where no discount code is applied you also have the option of a size exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on store credits/E-Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers.
Please note: we do not offer refunds (unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality), however we will happily provide a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed (although we will endeavour to do it as fast as possible!).
All garments are subject to inspection. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the garments are not in original condition, have make up marks, etc.
Other non-returnable items:
Items not in unworn, original condition including the tax invoice
Items that have makeup, fake tan or other marks on them what were not present prior to shipping
Items returned after 14 days
If you would like to arrange a return please follow these three simple steps:
1. Contact us at email@example.com to advise what you would like to do (store credit or exchange)
2. Send the item/s back to us via your local postal services (Australia Post, USPS, etc).

3. Hold on to the tracking number provided by your chosen postal service. Unfortunately Pure Dash cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
4. Check your Inbox for an email from us advising that we have received/processed your return (please check your Junk folder if you do not see an email from us within 7 business days of us receiving).
Once the Pure Dash team receives your return/exchange it will be processed with priority.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal expenses incurred for returns (unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
